Service Description
The Ultimate Meatball Hoagie: Forget the frozen stuff. Students learn to mix, season, and sear juicy, homemade meatballs from scratch. We’ll tuck them into toasted hoagie rolls with melted cheese and a zesty homemade marinara sauce that you’ll want to put on everything. For dessert students learn to make the classic American moon pie from scratch. This jam packed, hands-on class has a culinary skill focus on working with meats, sauce making, basic baking skills, and working with melted chocolate. Expect gooey hands, lots of smiles and loads of meatballs and moon pies! On the menu: Ultimate Meatball Hoagies Ultimate Sauce Moon Pies from scratch NOTE: Summer Fun classes have a three-participant minimum. Please have participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Cellphones aren't allowed anywhere in kitchen or at the table. There will be a designated spot for belongings/cellphones. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
