Service Description
This week we celebrate all things puff pastry! Get ready to bake, fold, and create like a pro! In this fun, hands-on teen cooking class, students will explore the amazing versatility of puff pastry — learning how one simple ingredient can turn into sweet treats and a savory meal. Students learn how to work confidently with puff pastry learning baking basics, knife skills, and plating skills. This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes to take, share or eat themselves the last 30 minutes of class! On the menu: Big Chicky-Bacon Tart (a bacon lover's dream!) Mini Fruity Tarts w/homemade whip cream NOTE: Class minimum is three students -bring a friend! This class meets Tuesday afternoon from 1:30pm-3:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
