Service Description
Get your kitchen passport ready for a global getaway! We will travel the globe in search of traditional, yummy, international cuisines and explore the cultures which go with them. Next stop: Hawaii. Join us for a Luau! Students explore classic tropical and Polynesian flavors! This is a hands-on class especially designed for teens to inspire creativity and independence in the kitchen. This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes. Students have the option to eat the last twenty minutes of class at a tropical themed table. Culinary skill focus: knife skills, working with meat, indoor grill skills, salad and dessert making skills. Feel free to wear something Hawaiian themed! Mahalo! On the menu: On the Menu: Huli Huli Kabobs (chicken), Pineapple Fried Rice, Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, Hawaiian Dream Dessert Cups NOTE: Summer Fun classes have a three-participant minimum. Please have participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Cellphones aren't allowed anywhere in kitchen or at the table. There will be a designated spot for belongings/cellphones. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
