Service Description
The first week each month is dedicated to knife skills! In this class, students will learn how to use the most useful and yet most feared tool in your kitchen: your knives! Cover the basics of knife anatomy, what knife to use for what, and how to feel confident on the cutting board before jumping into a hands-on lesson. Learn cuts and techniques commonly found in basic recipes used at home. Camp Cook will provide knives for you to use, however, if you would like to practice with your own knife please feel free to bring a Chef's Knife from home! This class can be adapted to gluten-free. This is a monthly class suitable to attend on repeat to hone those knife skills. The recipes differ month to month. Take one, take several. On the menu: Hamburger Soup, Fruit Caprese Salad NOTE: This class meets on Wednesday morning May 7th from 11am-1pm . While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
