Service Description

Who said basics can’t be fun? This class expands more on the basics from week one. We’ll cover more tools, more utensils and their uses, more basic knife skills, more kitchen safety 101, more staple ingredients and their uses. These need-to-know basics build additional confidence for navigating in and around the kitchen all while incorporating what we learn into more outstanding recipes! On the menu: More Functional Knife Skills Vegetable Parmigiana, Classic Cheese & Fruit Charcuterie Board NOTE: This class meets in the afternoon from 2-4:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
