Service Description
Join us at the Haunted Diner for some scary good diner cuisine! The Ultimate Meatball Hoagie: Forget the frozen stuff. Students learn to mix, season, and sear juicy, homemade meatballs from scratch. We’ll tuck them into toasted hoagie rolls with melted cheese and a zesty homemade marinara sauce that you’ll want to put on everything. For dessert students learn to make the classic American moon pie from scratch with some added seasonal treats. BONUS: A bubbly brew punch just for fun! This jam packed, hands-on class has a wicked culinary skill focus on working with meats, sauce making, basic baking skills, and working with melted chocolate. Expect gooey hands, lots of smiles, loads of meatballs and moon pies! Wear you favorite Halloween apparel appropriate for cooking up some haunted diner fun! On the menu: Ultimate Meatball Hoagies Ultimate Sauce Moon Pies from scratch Bubbly Brew Punch (haunted teen mocktail) NOTE: Friday Nite Live classes have a three-participant minimum. Please have participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Cellphones aren't allowed anywhere in kitchen or at the table. There will be a designated spot for belongings/cellphones. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Since our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time, we do not issue refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
