Join us for a new class at Camp Cook - Foodie Friday's was especially created for the teen foodie in your life. Join us once a month (to start) for themed classes full of super FUNdamentals and culinary life skills all teens need. Get your kitchen passport ready to embark on a mouthwatering adventure through the streets of Argentina. Students learn all about the unique, vibrant flavors and culinary traditions that make this cuisine so special. This is a hands on class and students make three authentic Argentine recipes from scratch and have the opportunity to eat them. Maybe there is some left for the to-go container. Maybe not?! On the Menu: Argentine Empanadas (Savory and fluffy stuffed pastries filled with a variety of fillings) Choripán (Chorizo sausage perfectly grilled on a crispy baguette with homemade chimichurri sauce) Homemade Chimichurri Sauce Alfajores (Shortbread cookies sandwiched together with dulce de leche -delicious caramelized milk confection) NOTE: . Foodie Fridays has a three participant minimum. This class meets on Friday from 6:30-9:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Since our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time, we do not issue refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
