Service Description
Get your kitchen passport ready for a getaway to Japan! A big bowl of ramen and a side of gyoza (dumplings) is so Japanese. In this class students reimagine and capture that classic and satisfying packaged ramen with a makeover of better ingredients. Students learn how to make a homemade creamy broth, and will have a choice of healthy ingredients to make their own personalized ramen bowls. Students also learn to make easy gyoza dumplings. This is a hands-on class and students prepare all recipes which make 2-4 generous servings. We will cover basic knife skills, sauté skills, how to use a sauce pan and the wok pan. On the Menu: Gyoza (dumplings) Ramen Noodle Bowls w/Homemade Creamy Broth Selection of chicken, eggs, fresh veggies and spices NOTE: . This class meets once on Thursday, March 5 12:30-2:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
