Service Description
Get your kitchen passports ready! Pack your appetite we are taking a Mediterranean "cruise" to experience all things appetizers in three different countries! Students learn the customs of each country surrounding sharing appetizers with family and friends. Our second port of call is Venice, Italy! A Venetian Valentine - how cool! Students learn all about the Venetian custom of Cicchetti and three popular recipes. This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes. ***For 2026 all students will receive a kitchen passport to be stamped in each country they "visit" throughout the year. At the end of 2026 students who have filled their passport receive a special goody! Do not miss out on this fun opportunity! *** On the Menu: Pizzette Rosse (little red pizzas) with homemade sauce Tomato Caprese Mini Polpetti (tiny meatball skewers) NOTE: This class meets Tuesday afternoon from 1:30pm-3:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
