Service Description
Cool Cultural Cuisine Series. Experience the art and flavor profiles of Japanese cuisine. Join us to master the techniques of bento-making and poke-bowl crafting. What is washoku and goshiki? This class guides students through creating healthy, visually fun and delicious meals that promote creativity in the kitchen. Students enhance their culinary skills in a fun, engaging environment while learning about healthy lunch options. This is a wonderful class for the foodie student who enjoys experimenting with bold flavors and exploring cultural cuisines. Class is hands-on and students make all recipes and have the option to eat their recipes the last twenty minutes of class. All food is packaged to go to share with family. Take one class, take all. On the menu: Teriyaki Chicken Meatball Bento Box Salmon Poke Bowl Add-ins Bar Fruity Green Tea NOTE: Class minimum is three students - refer a friend! This class meets Tuesday 10/20 1:30pm-3:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Since our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time, we do not issue refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
