Service Description
Join for some Friday Nite Fun! In this class, students will learn how to use the most useful tool in your kitchen: your knives! We cover knife safety, function, and the basics of chop, slice, dice, and mince. We offer safety knives and adaptable utensils for those students who are just learning knife skills. This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes. Recipes can be modified gluten free/dairy free -please note during registration. On the menu: Main: Vegetable Parmigiana w/ from Scratch Marinara Sauce Side/Dessert - Classic Fruit & Cheese Mini Charcuterie Board NOTE: . This class meets once on Friday, February 27 from 6:30-8:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
