Service Description
Cafe Classics takes students on a culinary journey exploring beloved cafe dishes from diverse cultures, blending sweet and savory favorites. This month students discover the rich traditions behind these cafe staples, fostering a love for creative cooking/baking while learning essential culinary life skills. Students connect and thrive in the kitchen as we celebrate the joy of global cuisine. Next stop: the sunny California coast and yummy seaside favorites . This class is hands-on and students make all recipes and have the option to eat their recipes the last twenty minutes of class. All food is packaged to go to share with family. On the menu: Baja-style Fish Tacos California Burritos Cast Iron Cherry Cobbler Parfaits NOTE: Class minimum is three students - refer a friend! This class meets Thursday 12:30pm-2:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Since our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time, we do not issue refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
