Service Description

Fruits, vegetables, herbs galore! We will learn about colorful fruits, vegetables, and common herbs. We will explore tastes, textures, their uses, and how they complement a variety of cuisines. Picky eaters beware; the recipes this week are sneaky and delicious. By the end of this mini-camp, participants will be crazy about getting five servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Veggie: Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes Herbs: Basil, Oregano, Thyme Fruit: Cherry, Peach, Apricot Skills Focus: Blend, Knife Skills -Chop, Slice Menu: Very Veggie Spaghetti Mixed Up Fruit Caprese Salad NOTE: Summer Camp has a four-participant minimum. Please have participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Cellphones aren't allowed anywhere in kitchen or at the table. There will be a designated spot for belongings/cellphones. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
