Service Description

February is a favorite month to teach because it's time for Mardi Gras! Cajun & Creole classes that celebrate the rich and vibrant flavors of Louisiana are on the menu all month long. This is a hands-on class and students prepare all recipes which make 2-4 generous servings. On the menu: Uncle Bill's Chicken & Sausage Gumbo Uncle Bill's Italian Meatball Sandwich Po-Boy NOTE: . This class meets once on Tuesday afternoon, February 18th from 4:30-6:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
