Service Description
Mardi Gras celebrations come to Camp Cook! This month students learn about the vibrant flavors, techniques, and rich culinary heritage of traditional New Orleans cooking. On the menu: Uncle Bill's Special Seafood Seasoning Sassy Shrimp Creole The Best NOLA Beans & Sausage (prepared family style) Mardi Gras Mini King Cupcakes French Bread (served) NOTE: This class meets on Saturday, January 17th from 4:30-8:00pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
