Service Description

For our final baking class we are going to experiment with and learn about the versatility of an egg casserole. There is something so fun about big flavors in mini dishes -not to mention comforting and yummy. For this class students will make a trio of mini casseroles. Students learn a basic recipe which can then be prepared many different ways and portioned into mini casserole dishes. This is an important and fun skill to learn! There will be an ingredient bar for students to choose different combinations of ingredients from sweet, savory, to spicy. This is a hands-on class and students will bring home what they make. This recipe can be adapted gluten-free and dairy free. Please make note during registration. On the menu: Basic Egg Casserole Sweet, savory, and spicy ingredients to choose NOTE: This class meets Thursday, March 13 in the morning from 10am-12pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
