Service Description
Students learn about a baking classic - cookies. These aren't your usual cookies, however. They are especially for breakfast! We will cover how-to's of measuring butter, exactness and leaveners, the term "cream", very basic knife skills, and the different types of measuring spoons and cups. This class is a hands-on class and students will take home what they make. This recipe can be adapted for gluten-free. Please make note during registration. On the menu: Good Morning Cookies (Yes, you can eat these cookies for breakfast!) NOTE: This class meets Tuesday, March 11 in the morning from 10am-12pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
