Each month we take a closer look at common ingredients. This month our featured deep dive into a common ingredient is…SWEET POTATOES! Learn why the grocery stores are wrong when they label sweet potatoes yams, why you don’t cook them like potatoes and so much more about this every day, overlooked ingredient! This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes. On the Menu: Air Fried Sweet Potatoes Mini Sweet Potato Casserole Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burritos NOTE: This class meets on Wednesday, November 13 from 11am-1pm . While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
