Service Description

This month all eyes are on the magnificent mixer! Mixing and blending oh my! Participants will learn the mixer can actually mean different things when cooking up a recipe. We will explore mixing versus blending. Our recipes are suitable for breakfast and lunch. Our soup is from scratch utilizing fresh rosemary, basil and sweet summer tomatoes! Seasonal fruits and veggies will be a topic of conversation this month. Sweet summer berries make another appearance in our tart recipe. As with every class, we sprinkle in knife skills, ingredient education, reading and following a recipe, tools and utensils how-to, table setting, and clean up. This is a hands-on experience with brunch as our meal, and some to-go home. Menu: Rosemary Tomato Basil Soup Special Sourdough Grilled Cheese Bites You Choose Egg Casseroles Mini Berry Tarts NOTE: Supper Club has a four-participant minimum. Please have participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Cellphones aren't allowed anywhere in kitchen or at the table. There will be a designated spot for belongings/cellphones. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
