Introducing Friday Night Live! We are celebrating handmade pasta! While exploring traditional flavors of Italy, students will make an easy peasy pasta dough from scratch-tagliatelle or pappardelle, and bowtie pasta. Students also make a homemade and very traditional Ragu alla Bolognese sauce. This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes. These recipes are easy to learn and recreate! Mangiamo! On the Menu: Handmade tagliatelle, pappardelle, and bowtie pasta, Ragu alla Bolognese (traditional beef and tomato sauce) NOTE: This class meets Friday evening from 6:30-8:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
