Service Description
Fall break has arrived and cinnamon, apples, and pumpkin spice are in the air. These workshop recipes are cozy and yummy! Students will explore savory and sweet flavors. Nothing says fall like apples and cinnamon. This chili recipe is hearty, filling, a tad untraditional, however, oh so easy to recreate. Students also make an easy dessert recipe. This is a hands-on class and students make all recipes. Culinary skills focus: knife skills, sauté skills, working with meat, basic baking, sauces, On the menu: Spiced Apple Chili -traditional beef chili with a twist, Mini Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cakes (with caramel sauce) NOTE: . This class meets once on Tuesday, October 14th from 1:30-3:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
