Service Description

Who said basics can’t be fun? This class is full of fun and basics. We will cover everyday tools, utensils and their uses, basic knife skills, kitchen safety 101, staple ingredients and their uses, sprinkle in some food storage how-to, everything you need to know to navigate the kitchen all while incorporating what we learn into some outstanding brunch recipes! Focus: Knife Skills: Chop, Bake, Air Fryer Menu: Fancy French Toast Bites w/ Fresh Whipped Cream Sassy Apple Salsa Baskets You Make It Berry Lemonade NOTE: Summer Camp has a four-participant minimum. Please have participants wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Cellphones aren't allowed anywhere in kitchen or at the table. There will be a designated spot for belongings/cellphones. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.


What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
