2/10  Valentine's & Chocolate Dreams
Valentine's Day is for celebrating all things sweet and yummy!  Our special guest for the evening is a culinary celeb..chocolate. Join us for sweet treats you can whip up in a jiffy, without the fuss, for your family, friends, or sweetheart. 
$30/participant.

3/17  Green Cuisine
St. Patrick's Day is a great day to get into green!  We will celebrate wonderfully green and tasty herbs which provide complimentary flavors and boost daily antioxidants to these fun Irish recipes.  What could be better, yummy and healthy!  Slainte!

4/14  Spice'y Spring
Finally, it's warmer, the trees and flowers are blooming!  What better way to celebrate spring, than to have a fresh start in the kitchen. We will explore how to clean out and clean up to make sure you are ready at a moments notice to put together a delicious and healthful meal.  Participants will experiment with 7 'super' spices to create easy and flavorful recipes which are sure to please family and friends.
$30/participant   

5/05  Cinco de Mayo
Celebrate Mexican culture with muy bueno margaritas, authentic appetizers and entrees, spicy sides and creamy desserts. Grab a friend, or two, and join us for a foodtastic good time! This workshop makes a great date night, or girls night out.  BYOT (bring your own tequila).
$30/participant. 

  • Workshops are 2 hours, from 6:30-8:30pm.
  • Workshops are for adults, unless otherwise specified.
  • All workshops require pre-registration and are hosted at our location. 
  • Please note we require a minimum of 4 participants to hold a scheduled workshop. 
  • If enrollment is low and a workshop does not make, we will contact you and of course provide a full and complete refund of workshop fees. We make the decision to cancel a workshop at the close of business the day before the workshop is scheduled. 
  • Any of the workshops listed above can be booked for a private event, just name your date and time! Pricing will vary depending on the group size.

  • Italian Meatball and Cheese Tortellini Soup

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
    • 2 quarts beef stock
    • 1 (12 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup green beans
    • 1/2 cup diced carrot
    • 1/2 cup chopped kale
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 pound frozen, cooked Italian-style meatballs - thawed
    • 1 pound fresh cheese tortellini
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions:

    1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-high heat; cook the onion and garlic in the melted butter until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour the beef stock into the pot; add the tomatoes, green beans, carrot, kale, Italian seasoning, and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a boil. Stir in the meatballs and tortellini; return to a boil and cook another 5 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top each with about 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese to serve.
